Chuck And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 lb. chuck roast
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat; place in a large baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour off fat.
    Arrange potatoes around roast.
