Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar, combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan, 9 x 5-inch.
    Bake 55 minutes; cool on rack.
