Shepherd'S Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    1 large can artichoke hearts (not marinated), chopped
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Hollow out center of one loaf Hawaiian round bread (Shepherd's) and save for dipping.
