Steak Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
8 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrots
1 tsp. crushed bouillon cube
1 c. or 8 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Melt butter in a 16-cup kettle. Add flour, water, onion, celery and carrots.
Boil down good to make soupy paste and add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 1 hour.
