Janis' Halloween Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    4 c. powdered sugar
    4 oz. chocolate, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 c. miniature marshmallows
    7 oz. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and milk in a bowl.
    Mix in powdered sugar gradually.
    Stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla, extract and salt.
    Fold in the marshmallows.
    Drop by heaping spoonfuls into coconut; toss to coat, then place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
    Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
