Tuna Salad Biscayne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. elbow or shell macaroni
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 medium orange, peeled and diced
1/3 c. chopped sweet gherkins
1/3 c. dark seedless raisins
parsley or watercress
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Combine with remaining ingredients except parsley or watercress.
Mix lightly and chill.
Garnish with parsley or watercress.
Makes 6 servings.
