Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweet peas
    1 small jar mayo
    pickle juice
    pepper and salt
    diced mushrooms (small)
    grated cheese
    onions (optional)
    pimentos (optional)
Preparation
    Empty mayo into large bowl.
    Pour in a small amount of pickle juice and mix until mayo is the thick side of runny.
    Add pepper and salt for taste.
    Add peas, cheese and mushrooms.
    Stir to mix. Refrigerate and serve in decorative bowl.
    Great for potlucks.
