Lou'S Easy Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (minimum 3/4-inch thick)
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. sage
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Brown chops in small amount of oil (or use nonstick pan and no oil) to seal both sides (do not cook through).
    Pat oil off chops. Mix above ingredients together.
    Arrange chops in baking dish; pour mixture over chops.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 3/4 hour, or until tender.
    Do not overcook.
    If mixture is too dry, add more wine to make more liquid.
    If left as is, it may caramelize while baking.
