Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) jar molasses (1 1/2 c.)
    2/3 c. cold water
    6 c. flour (dip, level and pour)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix Crisco, sugar and molasses.
    Stir in water.
    Mix dry ingredients and add.
    Chill dough.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Place far apart on lightly greased sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until no imprint when touched, about 15 minutes.
    When cool, spread with glaze of confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla.
    (These will stay lovely and soft if you watch them carefully and remove from oven before the bottoms brown.)
