Ham Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Boil raisins five minutes in water.
Add 1/3 sugar mixed with cornstarch, spices, salt and mustard.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Blend in vinegar.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce on hot ham.
