Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large clove garlic, peeled
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained (save liquid)
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Use metal blade in food processor.
Drop garlic into processor while running.
Chop until fine.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add reserved liquid, as needed, if too thick. Serve with wedges of pita bread.
