Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and eggs; add remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
