Beef In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic puree
    pepper to taste
    2 (5 oz.) pkg. thin egg noodles
    2 c. sour cream
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    12 green onions, chopped with tops
    2 c. Cheddar cheese (to sprinkle between layers)
    grated cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, salt, sugar, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and pepper in a skillet.
    Cook until meat loses red color. Set aside.
