Pecan Pie Number 3 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly in medium size bowl.
Stir in sugar, flour, salt, corn syrup and vanilla.
Pour into prepared shell.
Arrange pecan halves in pattern on top or chop pecans coarsely and sprinkle into shell before adding filling.
Bake in preheated moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. (Do not overbake, for filling will set as it cools.)
Cool on a wire rack.
