Meat Balls And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    salt
    1 onion, chopped
    2 slices bread
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    garlic salt to taste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small can tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients and form into balls.
    Brown in hot fat.
    Saute chopped onion, celery and bell pepper together with garlic salt.
    Add small can of tomato sauce and sugar.
    Cook until deep red.
    Add small can of tomatoes and cook over low heat for 2 hours or longer.
    Add water if sauce becomes too thick.
    Add meat balls and cook 30 minutes.
    Serve over spaghetti.
