Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll ground beef into patties and roll in flour.
    Put patties in casserole and pour 1 to 2 cans of mushroom soup over patties. Cover and bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 6.
