Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

3 large, overripe bananas
5 Tbsp. diet margarine
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation

Slice bananas into food processor.
Add margarine, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add biscuit mix and cinnamon.
Beat until smooth.
Add raisins and beat.
Pour into loaf pan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven; wait 10 minutes before cutting.
Cream cheese spread on top is very good.
The average banana has only 100 calories and is very high in potassium content.
