Shake And Bake Mix For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope instant tomato soup mix
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. fine crumbled corn flakes
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, toasted
    2 tsp. peppermill ground peppers
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well and store at room temperature.
    To use this version of coating mix, dip fryer pieces first into milk and then into bag filled with 2 cups of coating mixture.
    Shake.
    Place 2 inches apart on lightly oiled cookie tin and bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    One cup coats 2 pounds of chicken fryer pieces.
    Yield:
    7 cups of mix.
