Cheese Ball Candy Cane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, minced
    pimento strips for decorating
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Blend in pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Form into the shape of a candy cane.
    Use pimento slices for red striping.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 20.
