Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 graham crackers (whole)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 large Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Crush crackers and blend in 1 tablespoon sugar and butter.
    Put in bottom of a large oblong baking dish (9 x 13-inches).
    Cream cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla together; add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix well and spread over cracker mixture. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Mix sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Put on top of baked cake and bake 10 minutes.
    Cool and keep in refrigerator.
