Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. warm milk (105~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, plus extra for brushing rolls
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    oil (for greasing)
Preparation
    In large bowl or bowl of electric mixer, sprinkle yeast over the water.
    Add 1 tablespoon of the sugar.
    Let stand about 5 minutes, until yeast is soft.
    Add remaining sugar, milk, salt and softened butter.
    Mix in 2 1/2 cups of the flour; beat until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
    Beat in eggs, one a a time. Stir in about 2 more cups of flour to make a soft dough.
