Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising meal
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
chopped jalapeno peppers, your decision
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
