Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 (13 oz.) can cream or evaporated milk
    1 deep dish pie crust shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 375\u00b0.
    Remove 1 pie crust shell from freezer.
    Meanwhile, combine filling ingredients in order given.
    Recrimp edge of pie shell to stand 1/2-inch above rim.
    Place pie shell on preheated cookie sheet, near center of oven.
    Working quickly, pour filling into pie shell.
    Bake for 70 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Garnish with whipped cream and walnuts, if desired.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
