Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. deluxe crab meat (remove shells)
3/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper
4 saltines
1 egg
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
a little mustard
Preparation
-
Combine with crab mixture.
Crumble some saltines.
Shape cakes and roll in crumbled crackers.
Fry in a little margarine until a nice brown.
Enjoy!
