Betty'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round or hamburger
    3/4 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. water
    1 medium onion, grated
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl blend ingredients.
    Roll into balls any size you please.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Drain.
    They freeze very well.
