Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    After baking potatoes in oven or microwave, cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out center.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add 4 ounces of cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture back in shells. Sprinkle with 4 ounces of shredded cheese.
    Bake for additional 20 to 25 minutes.
