Cocoa Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cake flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream, sweetened
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Line 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil or waxed paper and grease paper.
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat eggs 5 minutes, until thickened and lemon colored. Pour eggs into large mixing bowl; beat in granulated sugar.
On low speed, blend in water and vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until batter is smooth.
Pour into pan, spreading batter to corners.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
