Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

44 oz. catsup
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 heads cauliflower
3 large bell peppers
3 large sweet onions
30 banana peppers
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients in large pot.
Add to pot the peppers, onions and cauliflower which have been chopped (not fine).
Bring to a boil.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Stir often.
Put in jars and seal.
