Drunk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 chicken breasts, skin removed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. cooking wine
Preparation
    Saute onions
    in
    oleo.
    Brown chicken.
    Add the soups. Rinse can with water and use the water.
    Cook 45 minutes.
    Add 1 cup cooking
    wine.
    Let
    simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
    (This gravy is real good over cooked rice.)
