Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 chicken breasts
8 c. chicken broth
6 to 8 cans biscuits
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove from broth and let cool, then debone it.
Dice it up and set aside.
Bring broth to a boil and take biscuits and pinch off bite size pieces and drop into boiling broth.
Be careful!
Continue boiling until dumplings are plump and soft, not gooey.
Turn down to a simmer and add your chicken, milk, salt and pepper.
Let simmer about 10 minutes. Stir well to keep dumplings from sticking.
If your dumplings are too thick, add more broth.
If they are too thin, add a couple tablespoons of cornstarch.
