Low-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts, cubed
    1 large jar picante sauce
    1 can chunked pineapple
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    ginger to taste
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Cut peppers in strips; then saut in 2 to 3 tablespoons oil until tender.
    Remove from pan.
    Cook chicken in same pan with oil.
    When chicken is white in the center, add pepper and pineapple, ginger and parsley.
    Simmer.
    Serve over rice.
