Bacon And Cheese Oven Omelet(5 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

12 slices bacon
6 slices pasteurized processed cheese
1 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Cook bacon; drain and curl one slice.
Chop 4 slices and leave others whole.
Cut cheese slices into halves.
Arrange in bottom of lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Beat together eggs and milk with fork.
Add chopped bacon.
Pour over cheese and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Arrange whole bacon slices on top and curl in middle.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
