Crock-Pot Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes with just enough milk to mash easy. Add salt, pepper, butter, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Cool (even overnight).
    Put in crock-pot (greased) and cook on low for 4 hours.
