Seven-Up Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (use juice also)
2 (7 oz.) Seven-Up or 1 (14 oz.)
1/2 c. pecans
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve
Jell-O in boiling water, add cream cheese and blend in
blender
(if you have one) until well blended.
Add pineapple, vanilla
and
sugar;
mix,
then
add Seven-Up and pecans.
Mold in a large container.
Makes a 9 x 13-inch dish or
large
mold. Very good.
(If I don't have Seven-Up, I use Sprite and that's very good also.) Also good with lime Jell-O.
