Philadelphia Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, skinned, deboned and cut into small pieces
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Fry in butter until browned.
    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
