Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender; peel and whip.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in unbaked pie shell until firm.
