Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry small white beans
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 large sweet onion, sliced thin or chopped
Preparation
    Cook white beans in water to cover in saucepan until almost done, soft but not mushy.
    Drain off almost all water.
    Combine beans with all other ingredients and place in a bean pot, 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish or a slow cooker.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered.
    In slow cooker, heat on low overnight.
    Use bean pot directions for baked beans.
    Yield:
    10 to 12 servings.
