Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Cheddar or American cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Mix all until well blended; shape into 1-inch balls.
Cook on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
These may be frozen and baked when needed. Great for parties!
