Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packages frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    4 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup onions or less
    2 tablespoons flour
    3/4 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 cup liquid (drained from spinach)
    Pinch of salt
    3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 ounce) roll jalapeno cheese
    Pinch of red pepper
    1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain and reserve liquid.
    Melt butter; stir in flour, stirring until smooth, but not brown.
    Add onion and cook until soft over low heat (do not brown).
    Add reserved liquid, stirring constantly to avoid lumping; add seasoning and cheese which has been cut into small pieces. Stir until smooth and melted.
    Combine spinach.
    This may be served immediately or put into a casserole dish and topped with buttered bread crumbs.
    Flavor increases if later is done.
    Can be frozen.
