Lindsey'S German Oven Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put butter in 8-inch pie plate.
    Place in oven to melt.
    Keep an eye on it and remove when melted.
    Don't let butter burn.
    Beat eggs until fluffy in large bowl.
    Add milk, flour and salt and beat until smooth.
    Pour immediately into hot pie plate.
    Bake for 18 minutes.
    Don't peek!
    Top with butter, pancake syrup or powdered sugar.
