Almost Like Heaven Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box cake mix (Deluxe 2 pineapple supreme)
1 large (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Preparation

Make cake mix as directed.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. While warm, put holes in it and pour pineapple over it.
Let cake cool, then make instant pudding.
Add cream cheese and beat.
Pour this on cake, then spread Cool Whip.
Can sprinkle with pecans or coconut.
