Cocktail Pastry Meatballs(Makes 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. peeled, grated potatoes
    1 egg
    1 small onion, grated
    salt and fresh ground pepper
    1 (13 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    5 oz. grape jelly
    dark Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
    Form into small meatballs.
    Blend remaining ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add meat balls.
    Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Transfer meatballs to dish.
    Skim excess fat from sauce.
    Pour over meatballs and serve warm.
