Baked Sausage-Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 c. diced sausage
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. cubed French bread
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion and garlic until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in soup, beans with their liquid, sausage, chilies, tomatoes with their liquid and water; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
