Hamburger In A Pea Patch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 pkg. onion mushroom soup mix
    1 c. rice
    1 can English peas (undrained)
    1 c. water
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    soy sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the onions and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Stir in onion rings and sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Serve with salad and crackers.
