Aunt Betty'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, peeled and ends removed
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, horseradish, salt, ketchup, milk and Lawry's seasoned salt.
    Transfer mixture to a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and drain excess fat. Serve with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetable, cole slaw and roll, if desired.
