Iowa Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen peas, thawed and drained
8 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Combine peas, cheese, celery and onion in a large bowl.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, mustard, salt, pepper and hot sauce in another bowl until smooth.
Add to pea mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
