Texas Hill Country Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. dry pinto beans
    2 tsp. fajita seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium potato, peeled and quartered
    1 Tbsp. dried cilantro
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    3 oz. bacon
Preparation
    Wash beans and cover with 3 inches of water.
    Bring to boil. Boil 2 to 3 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Cover and let stand 1 hour.
