Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and pureed pinto beans
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Soak, cook and puree beans.
    (May also use 1 can of beans.) Use blender to puree.
    Mix beans, sugar, milk, eggs and spices together well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour, until knife in center comes out clean.
    Serve with Cool Whip or chilled.
