Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    3/4 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    Greek seasoning
    2 stalks celery
    sliced onions
Preparation
    Wash chops.
    Roll in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Greek seasoning.
    Brown in oil in skillet real fast.
    Place celery and onions in bottom of roasting pan with lid.
    After pork chops are placed in pan, add 1/2 cup water, cover; bake at 300\u00b0 for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
