Herbed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
    1 1/4 c. chicken and herb flavored stuffing mix, divided
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in quarters, reserving juice that accumulates. Combine tomatoes, reserved juice, 1 cup stuffing mix, onion, sugar, salt, oregano and rosemary. Mix well. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with one-fourth cup stuffing mix and dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
